Caring about quality is a mentality issue. In order to make quality a formal and fundamental base of the organization, a quality management system (QMS) is established in line with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 covering the following activities:
‘Design and manufacture of dampers for tunnel and metro ventilation systems and industrial applications.’
The quality manual (QM) describes procedures for several processes within the organization. The procedures specify how responsible persons must handle and how several key performance indicators (KPI) are monitored, recorded and reported.
Our QMS is annually audited by an independent certification body. Internal audits, training of management and staff, review of QM, procedures, working instructions, forms, etc. enables continuous improvement of company and staff performance.
