Since establishment a decade ago, FlowPro has developed, tested, manufactured and supplied dampers to many clients around the globe. Our head quarter is our office and production facility in Thailand. Our office in the Netherlands provides sales and after sales service. There are agents in other countries.

Initially the tunnel and metro ventilation damper market was targeted due to the company founders’ professional background in that field. Over the years FlowPro has diversified to several other industries such as cement, ceramic, paper, marine and petro-chemical. Dampers are designed and made as per client specifications of the project requirements.

Dampers are critical parts of ventilation systems and dampers are often potentially lifesaving equipment in case of emergencies. Therefore certification of our products through independent executed and or witnessed tests are deemed of high importance. Several types of tests are executed following our continuous product improvements and or innovations and following specific project requirements.

Whether applicable to durability and reliability of the supplied product, on time delivery, after sales service or communication with clients, FlowPro assumes quality as highest priority. FlowPro has a certified quality management system as per ISO 9001: 2008. Regular audits by a certifying body are backed by internal audits, by review of working methods and by staff training.

Employees are considered FlowPro’s most important asset. In order to build long term relations, we support our employees in appropriate manner both professionally and privately. Other key strengths that can describe FlowPro are flexibility, hands on management, direct communication both internal and external, long term relations with reliable suppliers and last but not least continuous awareness of the quality of the supplied product.
